Terms of Use
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms cover your use of this portal and its apps, operated by International Technology Management Pty Ltd. By logging in, or by posting anything to the community, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the portal.
Your account
Your login belongs to you alone. Do not share it, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. Access is tied to the program you bought, and you get what that program includes for as long as your membership is current. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
The community, and what is not allowed
The community is the part of the portal where members write to each other. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour, and we act on reports. Do not post anything that is:
- abusive, harassing, threatening, or an attack on a person or a group
- hateful towards anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age
- sexually explicit, obscene, or gratuitously violent
- illegal, or an encouragement to do something illegal
- deceptive, fraudulent, or a scheme to take money from other members
- spam, repeated promotion, or unsolicited pitching of your own services
- someone else's private information, or someone else's work passed off as your own
- malware, or a link intended to compromise another member
How that gets enforced
Every post and comment carries a report action, and reports go to a queue our team works through. We aim to review a report within 24 hours, and to remove content that breaks these rules and act on the account behind it.
You can also block any member. Blocking hides that person's posts and comments from you straight away, they are not told, and you can undo it under Account.
We can remove content, and suspend or terminate an account, where these rules are broken. Serious cases do not get a warning first. Where an account is terminated for a breach, membership fees are not refunded.
What you write stays yours
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to store it and to show it to other members of your program, for as long as the community runs. If you delete your account, posts and comments you published stay in the community shown as written by "Former member", so that conversations other members joined are not destroyed. Delete anything you would rather not leave behind before you delete your account, or ask us to remove it.
Keep the room private
What other members share in the community, on live calls and in replays is told to this group in confidence. Do not republish it, quote it publicly, or pass it to people outside your program.
Our material
The courses, videos, templates, playbooks, tools and written material in the portal are ours or are licensed to us. They are for your own use and your own business. Do not copy, resell, republish or share them outside your own organisation, and do not use them to build a competing program.
The AI Advisor
The assistant is a tool, not an adviser. It is trained on our material and can still be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Check anything before you act on it, and do not paste anything into it that you would not want processed by a third party model provider.
No guarantee of results
We teach what has worked for us and for our members. We do not promise that it will work for you, and nothing in the portal is a guarantee of revenue, growth or any other result. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Your business decisions are your own.
Payment and cancellation
Fees, billing periods and refund arrangements are the ones set out in the agreement you signed when you joined, and that agreement governs them. Access to the portal continues while your membership is current and ends when it lapses.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal running and will not always succeed. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has broken. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for loss arising from downtime.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with the portal is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Ending it
You can stop using the portal at any time, and you can delete your account yourself under Account. We can end your access where these terms are broken, or where your membership ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so in the portal rather than relying on you noticing the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
